EyeVac Return Policy
- If you are not satisfied with your EyeVac, you can request a return within 30 days after your delivery.
- EyeVac returns are subject to our Limited Warranty for each model. EyeVac returns do not cover misuse, improper use, use in a facility the unit is not rated for (ex. Home units used in Salons) or purchases from unauthorized dealers.
- If a unit is damaged or not working properly, please fill out our service request form at www.eyevac.com/connect and select “service request” to file a return or exchange on an improperly functioning unit.
- Properly functioning units that are returned in new condition within 30 days of delivery will be issued a full refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
