EyeVac Return Policy

1. We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery. A return can be requested via our website www.eyevac.com/connect under “general info”. A copy of original receipt or order number is required for all returns.
2. Domestic customers can use the return shipping method of their choice or elect to be provided a prepaid return label at a flat rate of $25 will be deducted from the final refund amount. International customers need to reach out to the original seller to be provided return options.
   1. If prepaid return label is requested, please note the unit must be dropped off directly at the carrier’s facility.
3. Once a return is received, we will issue a full refund (minus the $25 return label fee if applicable) to be processed within 5-10 business days.
4. If a unit is damaged or not working properly, please fill out our service request form at www.eyevac.com/connect and select “service request”. For more information on our warranty policy please refer to www.eyevac.com/warranty.
