EyeVac accepts order cancellations prior to shipping out the order. To do so, submit a General Info request at eyevac.com/connect with the description “Cancel order” and your order number.
When the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way:
We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery. We accept returns by carrier. A return can be requested via our website www.eyevac.com/connect under “general info”. A copy of original receipt or order number is required for all returns.
We offer a downloadable return label. Customers with defective products do not have to pay for return shipping. Please note the unit must be dropped off directly at the carrier’s facility.
We do accept returns of used products. Restocking fees may apply.
Once a return is received, we will issue a full refund to be processed within 5-10 business days. We will process the refund using the same form of payment used to make the original purchase. We do not refund the original shipping cost.
When you purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or you no longer want the item:

Domestic customers can use the return shipping method of their choice or elect to be provided a prepaid return label at a flat rate of $25 will be deducted from the final refund amount. If prepaid return label is requested, please note the unit must be dropped off directly at the carrier’s facility.
Customer remorse returns do have to pay for return shipping. We do accept returns of used products. Restocking fees may apply.

JPaulJones, L.P. offers a 1-year full warranty on all EyeVac models. We do not require a warranty card to be filled out. However, we do require proof of purchase and a clear picture of the label (showing all information and numbers) on the back of your unit. Please fill out a service request on our Connect page to make a warranty claim. You can find full warranty details in the product manuals.
Please note: Taking apart the EyeVac unit voids the warranty. If you do not purchase your EyeVac through an Authorized Dealer, we are unable to provide a warranty replacement.
