JPaulJones, L.P. is the sole owner of the personal information collected on its Websites and we collect personal information from our users at several different points on these Websites. JPaulJones, L.P. Websites ask for personal information only when it’s necessary in order to deliver value-add service to you. We require certain pieces of information so we can provide you a personalized experience. Additionally, we collect personal information to transact business with you. Examples of this would be your address and credit information if you chose to finance the product. We do share this information with third-parties who provide credit processing and shipping of products for us. This is necessary for the completion and transaction records of your purchases.
Be aware that our Websites use “cookies”. Cookies are small packets of information we place on your hard drive for tracking purposes – essentially a code number that we use to recognize you when you come back to the site. JPaulJones, L.P. offers a 1-year full warranty on all EyeVac models. We do not require a warranty card to be filled out. However, we do require proof of purchase and a clear picture of the label (showing all information and numbers) on the back of your unit. Please fill out a service request on our Connect page to make a warranty claim. You can find full warranty details in the product manuals.
Please note: Taking apart the EyeVac unit voids the warranty. If you do not purchase your EyeVac through an Authorized Dealer, we are unable to provide a warranty replacement.
