Love, Love, Love my EyeVac. I have limited space for storage of brooms and vacuums of any kind unless I want to traipse up and down to my basement. My tiled and wooden floors are basically in one part of the house, so it’s easy enough to get the mudroom, kitchen and dining area in one fell swoop. EASY to maintain, unlike the robot types of vacs. Light, easy to transport, if need be. The only bad things I’ve noticed is that the sensor, or ‘eye’ isn’t well protected. If there were a clear dome over it that you could lift, it would protect the sensor and keep it cleaner. I got a little too assertive in attempting to clean the bulbs when after about eight months it wouldn't turn on automatically. I took a soft toothbrush to the bulbs because they are recessed and must have overdone it. Not a total loss in that it's still works manually. It also would be nice if these models I've stationary vacuum we're more well-known. I called the best known vacuum repair place in our rather large College town, and they had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. The same with Best Buy, where are you can actually buy them. I didn't get mine from there, but figured if they sold them, they be able to fix them for a price. I put it up on the counter and the technician said “What the heck is that?”. A little mass marketing might go a long way. Not everyone watches QVC.

JPaulJones, L.P. offers a 1-year full warranty on all EyeVac models. We do not require a warranty card to be filled out. However, we do require proof of purchase and a clear picture of the label (showing all information and numbers) on the back of your unit. Please fill out a service request on our Connect page to make a warranty claim. You can find full warranty details in the product manuals.
Please note: Taking apart the EyeVac unit voids the warranty. If you do not purchase your EyeVac through an Authorized Dealer, we are unable to provide a warranty replacement.
